Vendors, Exhibitors & Food Trucks

This fee cover registration for your food truck to vend. If you do not have a licensed food truck you must purchse the Non-Food Truck: Food Permit.

Below are the details for all the events:

June 5th: Community Day
Load in: 4pm-5pm. Event is from 6pm-9pm
Location: Millennium Youth Complex 1156 Hargrave St, Austin, TX 78702 (indoors event, bring entire set up *10x10 space available only/no table)
Expected attendance: 300 people

June 6th: She A Pro Shopping and Business Expo 
Load in: 4pm-5pm. Event is from 5pm-8pm
Location: Carver Museum 1165 Angelina St, Austin, TX 78702 (outdoors event, bring entire set up *10x10 space available only/no table)
Expected attendance: 200 people

June 8th: The Fat Gator Festival on the Lake
Load in: 1pm-2pm. Event is from 3pm-11pm 
Location: Walter E. Long Lake 6620 Blue Bluff Blvd. Austin, TX 78724 (outdoors event, bring entire set up *10x10 space available only/no table)
Expected attendance: 500 people

King of the Food Trucks Info:

This event will take place during The Fat Gator Lake Festival on June 7th. View all lake events here. You are required to be a registered food truck in order to compete in cook offs. Cook offs are $35 per category or all 3 categories can be purchased together for $100. All rules and details will be given out after registration. Each category winner will win a trophy and a cash prize based on the number of trucks that sign up.

This fee covers registration for a retail booth to sell products. No food or drinks can be sold. Booth space allocation is 10x10. No power provided.

Jump On It Week gives opportunities to local vendors, businesses, non profits and corporations to vend, offer services and showcase exhibitions. You have the choice to select 1 day or add multiple days.
